About Brian Flanigan
A retired Air Force lieutenant colonel, special operations aviator and cancer survivor helping people respond when life does not follow the plan.

From combat missions to life's toughest battles
Brian spent more than 20 years leading in some of the world's most demanding environments. As an AC-130 aircraft commander, instructor navigator and MQ-9 pilot, he learned that success rarely comes from a perfect plan. It comes from a crew that understands the target, trusts one another and knows how to adjust.
His most personal leadership lessons came outside the cockpit. A cancer diagnosis tested his resilience, perspective and determination in ways no military training could.
Today, Brian turns those hard-earned lessons into practical frameworks that help organizations and individuals create clarity, build resilience and execute with confidence.
What audiences get
Brian uses authentic stories to make leadership principles memorable, then gives people a clear way to apply them. The goal is not merely to leave inspired. It is to leave ready to act.
His experience is the credibility behind the message—not a ceiling on who the message can serve.
