ABOUT ME
Brian Flanigan is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with over 20 years of service in the Air Force. He spent his career in the no-fail environment of special operations aviation, flying 450 combat missions and over 2,200 combat hours. Serving as an AC-130 Aircraft Commander, Instructor Navigator, and MQ-9 Pilot, Brian learned that success isn't about a perfect plan—it's about working as a crew and adjusting fire to hit the targets that matter most to you.
His ability to translate complex, high-stakes military lessons into actionable strategies was honed during his tenure as an instructor at the Air Force Squadron Officer School. There, he developed a highly interactive teaching style designed to challenge, engage, and equip future leaders.
Today, Brian bridges the gap between elite military execution and corporate performance. From the keynote stage, he teaches organizations how to find clarity in the chaos, lock onto what matters, and attack their targets with relentless purpose.
